Abstract

Established in 1970, the International Association of Labour History Institutions (IALHI) is an international network of libraries, archives, museums, and research centres from five continents. The aim of this paper is to characterise the IALHI and its activities against the background of the history of institutions, archives and libraries dedicated to the history of the labour and its international relations.
